Charmaine Pope, Owner of N8KED ATHLETICS FITNESS & TRAINING has been proudly providing personal training and small group fitness instruction in the Mayfield Ohio area since 2018. Charmaine has been active in the fitness world since 2008, however after experiencing some of life’s disappointments she used fitness as a form of therapy. She not only became stronger physically but she also became emotionally and mentally healthy. It is her life’s purpose to help others achieve their fitness goals while breaking down mental roadblocks.

The core of N8kedathletics Training is Strength Training inclusive of High Intensity Interval Training. Strength training has benefits that exceed aerobic weight-bearing exercise. Strength training not only builds and maintains muscle mass and strength but it helps with your body fat percentage which is essential. Strength based training is most beneficial for bone health and sustaining muscle mass which help with chronic disease management. We are committed to providing quality service in an inclusive environment.

Charmaine provides a non- prescriptive meal plan, weekly weigh-ins, and measurements. Each client has an individual goal and with that in mind, the sessions are tailored to support those goals. Fitness is a lifestyle and I would love to be apart of your journey. Whenever you work with N8KED ATHLETICS, you can count on a positive and uplifting experience.

I provide individual and small group fitness instruction Monday- Friday 5:00am, 5:30am, 6:00pm, 6:30pm Saturday 7:45am
